Yes, we deliver to all Emirates in the UAE including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, and Fujairah.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 24-48 hrs, depending on your location. Same-day or next-day delivery is available in select areas of Dubai and Sharjah.

Is there a minimum order value for delivery?

No, free delivery is available on orders above AED 300.Orders below this amount may incur a small delivery fee.

Do you sell live animals?

Currently, we do not sell live animals online. However, we do offer products and care items for a variety of pets.

We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and cash on delivery (COD).

Can I return or exchange items?
